Chad -
Concept artist and designer/builder.
Chad’s background is predominantly in design along with many years of experience in construction remodeling as well. After attending architecture school for 2 years, he moved on to graduate with a degree in Industrial Design as well as obtain a certificate in kitchen design. After learning that a traditional office setting was not conducive to his creativity, he embarked on a journey to create his own business encompassing all of his passions into one place. During that search for inspiration, he became fast friends with Al Mowrer of ‘La Petite Maison’ who showed him what true building talent was. Coupled with Al’s enthusiasm and guidance and Chad’s crooked design ideas, Crooked Creations was born!
Al -
Master builder/concept and unreal material manipulator.
Al"s background began in the home building field when when he was just 20 years old. He quickly worked his way into the commercial tenant finish market. Later he started his own very successful basement remodeling company. After many years success with his basement remodeling business, he started a new business designing and building childrens luxury playhouses called "La Petite Maison" which still thrives today. In Al's own words, "I have always been interested in building smaller scale homes and found an outlet with Chad that stretches my imagination and building skills. Never before did I think a screwed up crooked house could look so great!" Think crooked!
